Salma Hayek Proves She’s Still Smitten With François-Henri Pinault in This ‘Beautiful’ Birthday Post

Over 15 years ago, Salma Hayek walked down the aisle and said “I do” to her husband, fashion entrepreneur François-Henri Pinault, in 2009. Fast-forward a decade and a half later, the two are still in love and as inseparable as ever.

Want some proof? Hayek posted a sweet birthday tribute to Pinault, who turns 62 on May 28.

“God bless the day you were born mi amor,” the Mexican actress wrote on Instagram alongside pictures of them at the 2024 Kering Women In Motion Awards and the 2024 Cannes Film Festival. “Thank you for the endless love and laughter you bring me each day.”

“Happy birthday my king 👑,” she ended.

As a reminder, Hayek and Pinault, who have been married since 2009, share 16-year-old daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault. Pinault is also a dad to daughter Mathilde, 23, and sons François, 26, and Augustin James, 17, from previous relationships.

In the comments, some familiar faces are celebrating the fashion executive’s big day. “Happy Birthday, Francois 🎩,” wrote actor Anthony Hopkins. “The golden age is before us, not behind us.”

“Beautiful!! Happiest of birthdays❤️,” wrote Viola Davis.

Of course, fans are also showering the couple with love. “The way you look at him😊 with so much love 🥰,” wrote one commenter. “THE luckiest man on planet Earth,” echoed another.

Looking at some pictures of the two at these events, it’s easy to see why fans might be thinking that way. After all, Hayek looked gorgeous in completely different gowns. At the Cannes premiere of Emilia Pérez, she looked absolutely breathtaking in a strapless form-fitting black sequined dress from Yves Saint Laurent. At the Kering event, on the other hand, Hayek brought out her softer side in a lavender one-shoulder gown with a flowy cape.

Stylish and in love, what more could Hayek ask for?
